Permission to feel. Permission to heal. Permission to be you.
Grief does not have to fit neatly into one kind of loss.
You may be grieving someone you lost, someone whose health is changing, a relationship, a version of your life, your health, an expectation, or simply something that mattered deeply to you.
Certainty gives you space to first acknowledge what you are feeling — without rushing you to fix it or turn it into something positive.
Then, as what you need changes, you can choose different ways to meet the moment through grief and healing experiences, prayer, meditation, breathwork, journaling, affirmations, calming sound and more.
You do not have to know exactly what you need before you begin.
Grief & Healing — for the loss that doesn’t fit a label
Certainty includes a general Grief & Healing category for moments of loss, sadness, change or emotional healing that do not fit into one specific situation.
Use it when something hurts, something has changed, or you simply need space to process what you are carrying.
When the moment is more specific
Losing Someone You Love
For the grief and absence that come after losing someone who mattered deeply to you.
When Someone You Love Is Fading
For anticipatory grief — loving someone while also facing illness, decline, change or the possibility of loss.
Caregiver Fatigue
For the exhaustion and emotion that can come from caring deeply for someone while carrying your own needs at the same time.
Feel it first. Then find what helps.
Certainty was created with therapist feedback and is informed by wellness principles including emotional acknowledgement, grounding, reflection and nervous-system regulation.
The goal is not to bypass difficult emotions or tell someone they should already feel better.
First, there is permission to acknowledge what is here. Then you can choose the kind of support that feels right for that moment.
Acknowledge
Give yourself permission to feel what is actually there.
Ground
Use breathwork, meditation, calming sound or other grounding experiences when you need more steadiness.
Process
Use journaling, prayer, reflection or affirmations when you want somewhere for the emotion to go.
Rebuild
As what you need changes, explore Resilience, Growth, Gratitude, Love or Certainty.
This is not a required sequence. Healing is personal, and what you need can change from day to day.
When what you need begins to change
Healing does not mean forgetting what happened. But there may come a day when you need something different.
Resilience. Gratitude. Growth. Love. Certainty.
Certainty lets you move between those experiences as you move through your own journey — without deciding for you when you are supposed to be “better.”
A tool you can bring into therapy
Certainty is not therapy and does not replace grief counselling, mental-health care or medical support.
You can, however, use the Certainty Journal to capture memories, thoughts, emotions or questions you may want to revisit later or choose to bring into a therapy session.
